Each casting at Pinnacle is formed with speed and precision. Our ARPA 450 Moulding Machine, 100-ton sand plant, and 500 kg intensive mixer ensure accurate moulds, while two Inductotherm furnaces handle all grades of Cast Iron and SG Iron. After pouring, castings move through in-house core production, shot blasting, and an optional protective coating. Beyond traditional iron castings, we also offer aluminum forging, Pressure Die Casting (PDC), Gravity Die Casting (GDC), and a range of steel and stainless-steel casting solutions including investment casting. By uniting these diverse capabilities under one roof, we streamline production, maintain consistent quality, and deliver reliable results for even the most demanding applications.

After each casting of any grade is carefully poured and cooled, it moves to our precision machining department equipped with HMC, CNC turning, VMC, and five-axis capabilities to achieve tight tolerances and exact geometries. Our skilled machinists meticulously remove excess material, refine critical surfaces, and ensure every dimension meets or exceeds client specifications. We also offer in-house surface treatment facilities, including phosphating, zinc plating, CED coating, and powder coating, to enhance corrosion resistance, improve finish quality, and meet specific application needs. By integrating casting, machining, and surface treatment under one roof, we streamline production, reduce lead times, and deliver components built for performance in the most demanding environments.

Each heat treatment project at Pinnacle is meticulously planned, controlled, and quality-tested. Our 24×7 facility offers a comprehensive range of services from Hardening & Tempering and Induction Hardening & Tempering to Gas Carburizing, Austempering (ADI), Normalizing, Annealing, Stress Relieving, and Non-Ferrous Heat Treatment. With dedicated hardening furnaces, tempering furnaces, an induction hardening machine, specialized washing and quenching systems, and calibrated Rockwell, Brinell, and Micro Vickers hardness testers, we uphold high standards while ensuring quick turnarounds. Every batch is delivered on time and on spec, providing consistent, reliable performance.
